About Me
I am a dedicated social worker, advocate, and mother of four who brings both professional expertise and lived experience into my work with individuals and families. My approach to therapy is organic and relational, grounded in the belief that meaningful connection is the foundation for growth and healing. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment.
Throughout my career, I have supported young people navigating emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, grief, and social pressures. I am especially passionate about helping youth build insight, develop coping strategies, and strengthen their sense of self in a way that feels authentic to them.
As a natural helper and problem solver, I meet clients where they are, adapting my approach to fit their individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. I value creativity, curiosity, and collaboration in the therapeutic process, and I often incorporate elements of cognitive and behavioral strategies in ways that feel accessible and relevant.
Outside of my professional role, I am deeply connected to my family and find grounding in nature. Being an “earth lover” and a social person at heart influences how I show up in the world with openness, warmth, and a genuine desire to connect.
