About Me
I’ve worked with adolescents and adults from all walks of life for many years and enjoy supporting my clients at the pace they set. I work with clients who may be struggling with relationships, depression, anxiety, or trauma-related concerns. I take a strengths-based approach with each individual I work with using strategies derived from a variety of techniques. I offer weekly individual therapy in person or via telehealth and I have over 14 years of experience working with preteens, teens, and adults.
I choose to approach therapy through an organic, genuine, and collaborative process using a variety of strategies in my practice to best meet what each client needs throughout their journey. I believe that healing comes through empowerment, compassion, honesty, and a bit of humor when needed. I can support you with struggles associated with depression, anxiety, school-based issues, and trauma.
I apply a strengths-based and humanistic approach, using strategies derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Expressive Therapy techniques.
