I am a Certified Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-I) in Nevada with a Master’s degree in Counseling Educational Psychology. My clinical experience includes supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, substance use, and significant life transitions.
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives to the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. My approach emphasizes evidence-based practices, individualized care, and helping clients build on their existing strengths to create lasting, meaningful change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I teach Italian at the University of Nevada Reno, and I enjoy cooking, gardening, painting, and being outside.
