About Me

“Creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard is central to the way I approach counseling. As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum student completing my clinical training under supervision at LifeQuest, I strive to offer a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges. I especially enjoy supporting young people as they learn to better understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. I believe it is important for children and teens to have a space where they feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning tools they can carry with them as they grow.

My approach to counseling is integrative and client centered. I draw from evidence based approaches including person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, and trauma informed care, while adapting the process to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful growth often begins with feeling understood, and it is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing and greater self understanding.”
