Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. As an intern therapist, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, stress, or navigating a life transition, I’m here to support your healing with care, curiosity, and compassion.
I work with both
adults and children, and I understand that every individual brings their own unique story, strengths, and struggles to the therapy room. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move toward the life you want—with tools, insight, and encouragement along the way.
My approach to therapy is grounded in
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Motivational Interviewing, and
trauma-informed care, and I also integrate
art therapy techniques to support creative expression and emotional healing—particularly helpful for children or those who find it hard to open up verbally.
I believe that healing happens in relationship—and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you on this path. In our work together, I’ll offer gentle guidance, evidence-based interventions, and a safe, affirming space to explore whatever’s on your mind or heart.
I am currently completing my clinical training and practicing under supervision at LifeQuest. I look forward to supporting you or your child with empathy, respect, and hope.
